1. Free Trial

BillNow is currently offered on a 7-day free trial basis. As there are no charges during this trial period, there are no refunds applicable.

2. Future Subscription Fees

In the event that BillNow introduces paid subscription plans in the future, this policy will be updated to include details about refunds for subscription fees. Users will be notified of any changes to our fee structure and refund policy.

3. Transactions Between You and Your Clients

BillNow is a tool for creating and managing invoices. We do not process payments for the invoices you generate and send to your clients. Any financial transactions are handled by third-party payment gateways (like Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) or offline methods, and are strictly between you and your client.

BillNow is not responsible for processing refunds or handling payment disputes for invoices you issue. All such matters must be resolved directly between you, your client, and any payment gateway you use.

4. Cancellations

You can stop using the BillNow service and delete your account at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the removal of all your data, including clients, invoices, and business profiles.
